Our family has enjoyed American Eskimo since 2004. We have CKC registered American Eskimos. We have Minis and Toys sizes.We added CKC Parti-colored Pomeranians to the fun in 2005.
All our dogs are loved and cared for.
American Eskimos are among the smartest breed of dogs. They can do everything but talk! They are very conscientious of their family, and can raise quite a din when strangers come around. They are easily trained to do many things. They are also very obedient with training. And though they do shed a little about once a year, it is not excessive. Easily cared for and kept clean. The queen of our house is shown on the Home Page, she is so prissy. She thinks she is a human.
Our Parti-colored Pomeranians are Teddy Bears. They are so sweet. They have such great personalities!
In 2009 we added Papillon to the fun! My papillons were chosen as each of my dogs were--for great temperaments and personalities as well as looks.
I do occasionally have mix litters as well as purebreds, and my customers have been thrilled with the outcome! Since all of them have such great personalities, albeit very different, we decided to try mixing them. The result has been delightful.
Our kids love our dogs and participate in the daily care of them. I can't remember our world before we had our dogs. Our full blooded Eskimos are snow white and the mixes have some colors, usually in patches. The papillons are parti-colored as well.
It is like Christmas around here when a new litter arrives!
